“We welcome the nomination of Carla Hayden to serve as the next Librarian of Congress. It is critical that our nation’s top librarian understand technology in the digital age, and we believe Dr. Hayden has the right experience to lead us at this important time. We look forward to supporting her nomination and continuing to work towards a balanced copyright law for the benefit of creators, innovators, and the American public,” said Josh Lamel, Executive Director of the Re:Create Coalition.
