Washington, D.C. – The Re:Create coalition today released the following statement as the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, led by Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Ranking Member John Conyers (D-MI), begins a national listening tour in Nashville, TN, as part of the committee’s comprehensive copyright review that began in 2013.

“There is wide agreement that our nation’s copyright laws must reflect the demands and opportunities of today’s digital age.
